pogaBot offers an Express shipping service, delivering door to door in over 170 countries in co-operation with shipping partner DHL.

The indicated transit times are valid for orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 1pm (+1 GMT).

The Express shipping service of pogaBot delivers to your door from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (+1 GMT).

Orders placed on Friday or the day before bank holidays will be delivered the next working day.

The Express delivery service will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times. DHL will make up to 2 delivery attempts if the receiver is unavailable.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

The indicated shipping costs are a guide-line only, and the exact amount will be calculated when finalizing your order, based on the size and weight of the items ordered.
pogaBot is able to ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all Import Duties / Customs Taxes and local Sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price. There may, however be additional duties or taxes payable by you on receipt of the goods by customs in your country (DDU shipments) which we cannot calculate on beforehand. pogaBot cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs which are payable by the recipient only.
