Warranty

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE OF THE PRODUCT IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A PROPER WARRANTY SERVICE FROM POGABOT.

pogaBot’s warranty obligations for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:
Speed Hungary Kft. (“pogaBot”) warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by pogaBot within the Warranty Period, pogaBot will, at its option,

1) repair the product by using new or refurbished replacement parts,

2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or

3) exchange the product with a product that is new and upgraded model which has at least equivalent or upgraded function to the original product.

pogaBot provides a ninety (90) days warranty to all the products repaired by pogaBotwhich have the same defect phenomenon caused by the same parts that was replaced by pogaBot at the previous repair. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes pogaBot’ s property.

Warranty service handling instructions

If you have any problems with the product, please call the service hotline: +36 30 636 6000. Please have the serial number ready before making any call. In case of a product defect confirming the warranty conditions, your product will be collected within the next working days and after the service is completed you will get back your product.

NOTE: Before you deliver your product for warranty service it is your responsibility to prepare a proper packaging by using the original package (or equivalent). Inside the package you must include the defect product and all accessories such as charger, virtual wall units, self-charging homebase and remote together with the purchase voucher (cash-receipt, invoices or equivalent document) and return label (RMA-request form) which you will receive after contacting the hotline with all required information described.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply:

  1. to damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature, unauthorized modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product;
  2. to repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by pogaBot;
  3. if the product was not transported in a proper package causing transport damages;
  4. in case of unintended usage or bad maintenance including but not limited to cleaning of the product;
  5. to causes external to the product such as electric power fluctuations or failure;
  6. to normal wear or tear;
  7. to causes which does not relate to a product defect;
  8. if any serial number has been removed or defaced;
  9. to any damage during transportation; or
  10. to any non-pogaBot product, or to accessories such as batteries, filters or brushes.

The warranty is valid for the first buyer only and can not be transferred to any other person.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. POGABOT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF POGABOT CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE ANY CLAIMS UNDER SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO POGABOT RESELLER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POGABOT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. FOR CONSUMERS WHO HAVE THE BENEFIT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS IN THEIR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR, IF DIFFERENT, THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES CONVEYED BY SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS. TO THE EXTENT THAT LIABILITY UNDER SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS MAY BE LIMITED, POGABOT’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED, AT ITS SOLE OPTION TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT OR SUPPLY OF THE REPAIR SERVICE AGAIN.
